Cannot replace, reset, or close realm

Summary says it all and looks like others have the same issue. I paid for a new realm (already have one working fine). Tried to load a fully functioning world into that realm and get an error. Tried going through world "Play on Realms", tried replacing, resetting, copying existing world into a new one and using that copy. Nothing works. If cannot be resolved I want my money back.
