realms crash after playing a while then wont connect back for 30 min

we bought a 10 person realm and have made a lot of progress but it likes to crash and kick everyone out. when we try to load back in it loads for a  few minutes then says unable to connect. it does this for 15-30 minutes then lets us back in. we are able to join friends realms just fine when this happens. i have tried to restart the game hoping to fix this issue but it doesnt work. please look into this
