My realm crashes constantly (disconect all) and deletes the most recent changes

When we are playing suddenly the realm disconnect us (crashes). When we reconnect the changes made about 20 - 30 minutes ago are deleted. Please solve this bug because we don´t know when or changes will be rollbacked
