I have too the same error in 2020 april  suffocation within a block and then i died and losed all my objetcs, when i was itching through block with lot of speed because I had a full peak crafting 

I have  error in 2020 april  suffocation within a block and then i died and losed all my objetcs, when i was itching through block with lot of speed because I had a full peak crafting. I was into the block and the server collapsed and i died and return to the site and losed my objects  and i worked hard for those objects

 

I played in minecraft for windows 10, realm, 1.14.30
