i can't renew or purchase a new realm

when i try to re subscribe into minecraft realms it gives me an error that says "an error occurred while placing order please verify credit card info and try again" even though i bought my minecraft at first long ago with the same card so can u help me please? i hope u don't ignore me like the last time..
