I can't find an important item in the game. Is it glitched?

I am currently playing "Life in Los Angeles" on an Xbox 1 and I need to find a bag of money which is hidden to give to an actor so that he can give me a signed form but I have been looking for about a month now and I can't seem to find it. I think it has glitched out of the game or something because it seems impossible to find. I was just wondering if it is glitched or if its just REALLY REALLY well hidden.
