Win10 Realms Will Not Load and No Connection Issue Updates on Support Site

On Windows 10, I can connect to Minecraft Online (my avatar loads and store is available) but Realms will not load. Checked support forums, and they say to check help forums for possible connection issues on every support page but none reflect the problem.
