Frozen II mod won't load

Bought Frozen II mod on Minecraft for the iPad and the mod wont load. I've closed out the Minecraft program and tried to purchase again. It shows that the mod has been purchased and tried restoring, but nothing happens. I've tried many times and it just hangs on restoring.
