My windows 10 version is unable to connect to my friends realm playing xbox one, my connection is fine, and occaionaly does connect but never for more than 20mins then I disconnect

When i attempt to join my friends Minecraft realm ( They all play with Xbox One) with my Windows 10 version it almost never loads, and is stuck on the "loading resource Screen" before it crashes out, occaionally i do load into the game but for only 20mins Max before I disconnect, I have made sure my pc is on an Open nat type and has a good connection to the internet but it still for some reason hardly ever works.

 

any help will be appreciated,
