Already subscribe and pay but my friend cannot join

HI, I am Minecraft pe user, I already paid and subscribed realms but my friend still cannot join my room(realms). The sistem will said that is their Microsoft account privacy setting problem but we already set it. Furthermore, they also cannot join my room（normal room） but I can join their room. We already 18 years old.
