Bug With Resource and Behaviour Packs

          I installed an mcaddon file that had a resource pack and behavior pack. I already had one on the realm but as soon as i tried removing it, it failed, I can't close the realm, I can't reset the, and I can't replace the world. Not to add on top of but I completely deleted the mcaddon and its still there and can't be deleted. Its an unknown resource pack and unknown behavior pack that's stuck there forever. I can't use my realm now because all it says is "failed to download resource pack" and I keep getting continuous payments that i can't stop cause I can't close the realm.

FIX THIS GAME BREAKING BUG IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!
