Unable to Buy Realm and Claiming I already own it

I Tried to Renew my Previous Realm which had not been Renewed for Months and it Would not Allow me too Renew the Realm, so I deleted the Realm and Attempted to Purchase A New One Under Realm Plus as I had got the Original before the Change however it Not Only is Claiming that I Own a Realm already but when it moves me too the Realm Creation it doesn't allow me to Select Any Friends to Invite to the Realm, It doesn't allow me to Create the Realm, Nor does it allow me to even change who joins the Realm
