Cant buy a realms subscribtion

Im trying to buy a realms subscription but keep getting the issue "Error Placing order" and it asks me to verify my credit card info and try again.

I have looked on the help page and tried everything already like using a different browser, using a different device, using different credit cards. Im also certain its not an issue with the bank because I got a credit card verification window pop up every time I try to buy it and it goes though but then i get the same message.

It wasn't working for me so I asked one of my friends who is also going to be on the realm to buy it and he had the exact same issue. Is this a problem with the minecraft.net website or something else? Help would be appreciated.
