Skin changing when near other players.

Purchased a Realm in windows 10 edition and whenever I get close to the other players in my Realm, my skin changes to theirs and they tell me that their skin changes to mine. The other player says they see my skin, but now they have my skin applied as well. I appreciate any help and feedback that can be provided.
