Fantasy Riders - stuck in beehive race!

Went to join the race in the beehive, selected turtle with one other racer and when the turtle arrived I got stuck in what sounds like out of bounds. Still showing the hall and, turtle is there. Can't get to starting line. Exited and closed out the app. Tried to restart and cannot. Nothing working just hearing OOB sounds and unable to continue.  Other player was able to go to starting line and start race.
