Realms Plus addons not available for download

Ever since I renewed Realms Plus (capture1) I have not been able to access any of the addons included in the subscription. When in the Marketplace each item that should be included has the In Realms Plus icon (capture2), and when I click on it, it brings me right to the buy now screen (capture 3) despite the fact that I clearly have a running subscription.

After looking around for someone who's had a similar issue and found nothing, I sent out an E-mail to Mojang support (almost 2 weeks ago) and have yet to receive a reply.
