Realm Issues

Having issues with connecting to the Realms server. I've been on this server for over a year and haven't had a problem like this! Everyone else on the realm is able to connect fine, interact with things, etc. When I log on the world loads extremely slowly, and I'm only able to be on for about ten seconds before I'm tossed out by an Internal Exception Error. Whenever I load back in, I'm in the same position as before I was logged out, no matter where I run I end up in the same spot again. Time moves weirdly too, I'll jump on while a night cycle is starting, get tossed out, and then a few seconds later when I get on again the sun is rising. I'm not able to eat or sleep and the only thing I can do is break a block but not even be able to pick it up.

I've been on this realm server for over a year and never had any issues like this before!
