Ram problems and crashes

hello this has still been the same problem for the last year when i have a world on the realm and play it for 5 mins and only have 3 people in it the realm cant handle it and it crashes how can i get a refund or get another 30 days cuz i couldn't play cuz of the crashing every sting time i would play
