Corrupted world - Realms

Well my problem was that I have a realms with some friends, and because today we were playing normal, and then later when one wanted to connect the image notice appeared, simply the world was corrupted, and I tried to put the backup but it doesn't work, it sends me an error directly so I don't know what to do
