Realms Plus Features locked

Trying out the realms plus with the 30-day free trial and was able to load resource packs. Around an hour through playing, an error occurs and kicked me out of Minecraft, when trying to edit the realm or change it, the realms plus tab is no longer visible and the new work templates are locked. Screenshots shown below:

Reinstalling the game does not work.
