Walking slow in Minecraft Realms

Hello,

When I walk (without sprinting) I begin walk slow like per block, I mean cannot walk fluent. This doesn't happen to me if I play in Single Player.

I found a similar bug here https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/comments/5tkwn2/bug_still_having_movement_glitch_in_1112/ but I don't have GeForce Experience
