Failed attempting to join Realm.

Cannot connect to my realm after a week of trying to. Ive just renwed subscription and after the last update (1.0.4) it stopped allowing me to join the realm.

Ive tried resetting the world, closing and reopening the realm and connecting through other accounts and no one can access it. Ive also opened another realm on another account through my computer and i was able to join with no issue which leads me think the issue is with my original realm.

version Windows 10 beta
My gamertag is Mystic Adere
Realm name New Realm
