Bought a realm and it does not show up anywhere

So I bought realms on console

{Xbox one X}

and it tells me to buy it again for no reason I have tried everything I know of how to fix it. In the microsoft store it says I have the subscription but I do not have any realms showing up as mine nor does it give me the option to open a new one. Money has been taken out of my account and I have no realm.
