I can't connect to my mobile Realms!

Hello!

No matter what, I'm using Galaxy Note 10+, and my friend opened Realms and I tried to access it, but I couldn't connect any method!

But the interesting thing is that when you play with Galaxy S7 Edge,

It's the connection. I have no idea!
