Disconnecting from Minecraft Realms

Hello,

I've a little problem with Minecraft Realms. when i connect myself on the server i'm disconnect  when another player is connect in self time that me. I've already check on the net for solution and do'nt found. Wel i'm going about you for a solution (or aswer) because i'm lost (sorry my english is not perfect).
