Realms asking for payment after payment has been made and no access to realms

On 11th of January I added my credit card for 1 month free of realms, on February 10th payment was taken from my account but no realms, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times but still no realms and when it does appear it's asking me to pay again. It is set to renew on March 10th
