fail to retrieve realm information. please try again later.

reposted. posted in the wrong section. each time i go to access settings of my realm all day today and days before sometimes. it fails to load the settings section. each error i get is  failed to retrieve realm information. please try again later. ive tried non stop for hours and got nothing .. sometimes this happened in the past eventualy it would work. but today it wont work at all.  j
