Cant log into my own realm

I renewed my realm subscription but couldn't log into it no matter how much I tried. Tried all 3 world, only 1 of them let me log in when I connected to my phone hotspot, but then it didn't actually load the terrain nor the actual game, everything was frozen and after a few steps I fell into the sky.
I mostly got the "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" or "Connection timed out" errors.

I just want my money back if the game doesn't actually work.
