game lagging. saved and logged out. Logged back in to my spawn bed and no inventory

This was on my husbands realm. I was playing with my son and we both noticed a lag and he couldn't see me even though he was in front of me. We both saved and logged out. When I went back in, I had no inventory and it spawned me in my bed in my house, not underground where I was. I tried going back (not saving) to see if something just killed me down there in the lag, but my stuff was not there (and it was what my son dug up, not where I dug up - it had changed to what my son saw, not what I saw) where I would have died, there was nothing. Just wondering if I can get my stuff back somehow on your end? Thanks.
