Bought Realm didn’t give realm

I bought realms on bedrock on the switch. Then it told me please sign in again to access the realm I did but the realm wasn’t there. I have been on Minecraft frequently and never saw my realm. All it says if I would like to make a realm. So it took my money that I used to get the realm but didn’t give me the realm.

Btw I would like my minecoins back if you could do that some home.
