Redstone facilities disapearing with glass and never returned

For unknown reasons, while i was mining 10 blocks away from my redstone build, it disapered suddenly without a sound. No explosion, no creepers, no other players were connected, only the redstone and the glass made a whoosh, it was at level 12 for a mining system (see picture 2)

It was an item elevator with a comparator system (see picture 1).

I built it two days ago, i was using it every evening since and today it disapeared.

 

It is not my realm, i contacted the owner, he does'nt understand too, asked reddit community without any way to figure it out so I put this here as i consider it as a bug.
