Invisible armor stand following me creating lag

I have an invisible armor stand that always follows me around creating tons of lag.  I can't properly break anything or move around the world.  I believe it has something to do with placing composters.  I placed one and broke it early in the game with no effect.  After playing for a week or more I placed another and now the lag is not tolerable.  Others feel the lag when I am in the realm but don't when I leave.

 

I have tried rebooting as well as uninstall and reinstall without including any other world saves.  The problem still exists. (I have also destroyed the composter)
