Game crases when I log in

When I log into realsms, the game crashes. It shows screen with "Building terrain...", then shows "Done", other players can see than I'm in the game but my game crashes. I was in hell world. Pehaps you can reset my position somehow? Other players of the realms can play without problems. I tried different devices - all the same. My account crash the game, others can play. Please help me.
