havent been able to join any realms for 3 or 4 months from my network

I made a realm when 0.15.0 first came out. I played with friends for a while and had a good time. after a month or two I could not join (cant join ANY realms not just my own). it would try to load and then say error. I contacted mojang support and they said the issue was internet related because it is possible to join from certain other places. it doesn't work from any devices, even windows 10 edition beta. we even got a new router! it still will not let me join after months please look into this and find a fix. Thanks.
