Purchase successful, yet realm couldn’t be created right now

I tried purchasing realms plus so I could make a 10 player realm from a world I’ve prepared earlier. I bought minecoins with my own money so I could buy Realms Plus with my minecoins. The game took my minecoins but didn’t create the realm. I can’t even go into the subscriptions in the settings because the buttons where the prices would be are blank. I also find it interesting that the purchases wasn’t saved to my xbox account even though I told it to save them there. I would prefer my realm be created instead of a refund since I wanted to create it for my friends to play on.
