Realms Sudden Lag

Last week, there was no lag in the realm. Suddenly, 2 days ago we started experiencing lag like mining blocks would be laggy(blocks would reappear), eating food is almost impossible because we would eat 3-6 times before it would restore hunger, bows and crossbows have a delay in firing, mobs are laggy and picking up objects would take longer than usual. We just started this realm a week ago. All our redstone machines are off, we only have 2 armor stands, less than 10 item frames and our animal farms have less than 20 animals in total. The animal farms are also 100-200 blocks away from our area. We don’t use any pluggins, mods or texture packs though one of our members uses shaders sometimes to take pictures. We have tried putting up a backup of the world. After the backup has been uploaded, the realm would work with no lag for about 2 minutes then lag would start again.
