Unable to Renew Realm on Switch

I've has this issue for a week now. I paid to renew my Nintendo membership and paid for minecoin to renew my realm. I got error message the first time that something went wrong and to try again. I attempted to try again and I'm left with these messages.

S_omeone started renewing a realm with the billing account on this device. Would you like to complete renewing that realm with this Xbox Live account as the owner?_

And after I click "yes" I'm given:

Your purchase succeeded, but we couldn't create your realm right now. We will create your Realm as soon as possible. check back later on this device.

I try again later to renew the same realm, same messages. And sometimes it says I need to buy more minecoins to renew the realm. But I've already paid and the game has already taken them.
