cannot renew realm service

I am not able to renew my realm anymore, I don't have access to pay for anything other than a new service. When I click on my realm it directs me to the realms plus page, where i can only create a new realm. When I try to do this, it times out and tells me I already own this item. At this moment I can neither renew my current subscription, or pay for a new one
