Hostile Mobs are not spawning after 1.14

I have a hostile mob farm that worked perfectly before the 1.14 bedrock edition update. All the spawning conditions are correct and can spawn hostile mobs. Ever since the 1.14 update there have not been any mobs spawning on the platforms
