Problem with creating realm plus subscription

I tried to do a realm with my friends, so I decided to buy realm plus subscription. But that is not working. I used valid credit card information. I can't make a world, and when I checked a tab subscriptions in game options, game said that I don't have any active subscriptions. Mojang don't take a money from card, but if I try to create a realm world once more, minecraft said that he didn't ended creating previous world. I clicked to do it now, and game said that he is unable to do it now, and to try it later. 

I'm mad, because everything worked since you chenge realm into realm plus. When you do this change everything stopped. Realm don't work. You don't take a money from card too... 

Please help me... I want to play with my friends, but I can't because of this situation. If you need more information please ask me.
