Can't play

For two weeks I can't play or even go online for somewhat reason. Yesterday I figured out that the marketplace can't let me buy or look at anything. As I put in my login credentials to play with some friends on realms but says that the realm isn't available, I called them and they said it was open and they haven't deleted it yet. I reported many times but my Mojang account got blocked and now I had to make another one. Please try to fix this issue as I'm here now suffering not being able to play with others for 2 weeks.
