iOS app does not open

Since last iOS update (to iOS 13) and last Minecraft update, my app has not been opening on iPhone 7.

The text of error message: “Family sharing to the app is not allowed any more. In order to use the app, please visit AppStore and buy it”. But when I open the AppStore with Minecraft app there is still no option for me to buy it. There is just the button ”open” because the app is already installed on my device. It worked several month ago. I have official mojang account, I have saved on my device, but the app is not working.
