internal exception java.io.ioexception an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

I bought Realms 2 days ago an tried to play with my friend i start the game play for 5 minutes and everything frezzes i can walk around but nothing else then i get disconnected and this is all i get ( internal exception java.io.ioexception an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host ) i tried everything and yesterday i could play normaly for 4 hours and today i cant be on my realms server for more than a minute...i have no mods or texture packs besause i reinstalled my game 4 times and nothing has helped
