Can't play Realms beacause remote host connection was lost

I have this issue where I get to play on Realms for max 1 minute and then i lose connection and a message comes up saying: Internal Exception: java.io:IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

I have tried absolutely everything I can think of- reinstalling java and/or Minecraft. Messed around with Firewall and etc.

Please help because this is getting overly frustrating!
