Minecraft Bedrock Realms Randomly disconnecting and losing about 45 min of progress

I play on my friend's Bedrock Realm, and I was Building a big house, and I was disconnected from the server. a lot of the progress in the house was erased by the time I joined back in. I know it was not my connection, because it happens multiple times and it also happened at my neighbor's house. I also looked in the backups section of the realm settings and there is like a 45 minute gap of no backups, despite it usually making on every 5-10.
