Cant Pick Up Acacia Leaves After Placing In Shulker Box

I Placed Some Acacia leaves In A Shulker Box And Now I Cant Remove Them. 

When I Try And Pick Them Up They Stay In The Box But Also Show On The Mouse Pointer.

When I Try To Place Them In My Inventory From The Box They Disappear From My Hand..
