Cant extend my realm on my FullofbabyMAIN account for pe on version 1.13.1.

I cant extend my realm, there is a blue exclamation mark on the edit button but idk how to get rid of it. it says extend realm without the amount of money and when i click it it loads for a sec and says product not available for purchase. Help!
