Pillager patrols and raids occurring in the end

I was fighting the ender dragon with my friends when a patrol came and shot us in the backs. I died and my friend killed them and got bad omen. We killed the ender dragon and went to an end city and his bad omen triggered and a raid started (the raid bar appeared and didn’t go away but we didn’t see any pillagers).
