Realms is acting up. Blocks needing to be broken twice, iron doors staying open longer than normal

Minecraft realms has been acting up for the past couple days. when I try to break blocks it either takes very long or I need to break the block twice. Once it is broken it doesn't let me pick it or it moves it in a different location from where it should be. We use iron doors and when we open them they stay open for a lot longer than they're supposed to be. My internet connection is good and I have full bars. Other players on my realm are having the same problem and it is very irritable to deal with this all the time.
