Lag issues with realm.

I have bought realm a couple of times now and the first month I had it I had no issues with lag or hit delay. Now it is the second month, and mobs will strafe across my screen, eating takes around 5 seconds because of the delay, and mobs will not take damage when I hit them/ shoot them with a bow and arrow. I have played Minecraft since 2010 when I was 9 years old. I am 18 now and I still love the creativity you get. I would like to be able to give more money to the devs and Mojang by purchasing realm but the issues with it need to be addressed. I don't want to have to go through a third party sever to be able to play with my friends but it is becoming more frustrating. I have seen some responses to similar complaints saying this is not a bug, however it would be very much apricated if someone could at least forward these complaints to someone who is in the place to help fix them.
